AAK Villa, Baréin: La luz como complemento arquitectónico

La selección de varios modelos de iluminación Vibia se integra en el sofisticado proyecto arquitectónico de esta villa situada en las costas de arena de Baréin. De ese modo, las luminarias elegidas por los arquitectos Riyaz Quraishi y Simeen Quraishi consiguen realzar el tamaño, las proporciones y la integración de la naturaleza y del espacio construido.

Este proyecto residencial, pensado para un cliente con recursos, apasionado de cocina y que disfruta entreteniendo a su familia y amigos, recrea un lujoso interior con una vista espectacular sobre el Golfo Pérsico. El emplazamiento es lineal, está ubicado entre dos casas adyacentes y tiene acceso directo a la playa. Además, la casa está dividida en tres pisos, con las principales salas de recepción ubicadas en la planta baja.

Luminarias que son iconos de Vibia, tales como Rhythm, Wireflow y Balance, son las que se han utilizado para las zonas de atención al público de la casa. Asimismo, la mesa de comedor principal está coronada por las aletas escultóricas de Rhythm, que combinan con el biombo de madera rotatorio.

Wireflow enfatiza el carácter escultural del atrio de triple altura, evocando así el glamour y la belleza de las lámparas de araña clásicas en una reinterpretación contemporánea. Balance proporciona el toque adecuado de calidez al salón, junto con el techo de madera. Luminarias de acentuación como Suite y Skan se reservan para los espacios más privados de esta residencia de lujo.

La terraza exterior, con su piscina y suelo de madera, crea una transición entre el interior y el exterior, donde se funden arquitectura y paisaje. Las lámparas Meridiano y Brisa se integran a la perfección en esta zona de estar exterior, con funciones de mueble auxiliar y objeto escultural, respectivamente.

La paleta de materiales, tales como el revestimiento de piedra gris, los suelos de mármol y la madera, crea un ambiente neutral en donde la iluminación, tanto natural como artificial, en combinación con las alfombras cuidadosamente elegidas y los elementos de mobiliario, destaca con el máximo efecto.
